Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Blisko do pięknej,szerokiej, czystej plaży.sklep spozywczy bardzo blisko, a przystanek autobusowy kilka kroków dalej.

Parking na prywatnym terenie przy budynku. Ceny przystępne. Pobyt majowy. Cisza, spokój, idealne warunki do biernego jak i aktywnego odpoczynku. Jedno z nielicznych miejsc, gdzie można spokojnie wypocząć. Piękna okolica.
