Dear housing LLC provides shorter rental housing. This apartment is 2 bedroom and 1 bath, living room, full kitchen and a laundry room. Rental terms are from one day to thirty days. you full rent the place, not shared. 6 people can sleep and we provide air bed for the 7th person if it is necessary. we have baby cribs too. Unfortunately, it is a street parking that pretty much our guest are able to find

This is one of the best property's we have stayed at for 30 days. All the amenities were clean and very nice, especially the beds for the children. The property manager was attentive and communicative in checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to be closed to the Pacific Ocean in Long Beach, CA.
