The location was ideal fir us as we are travelling on tge TranzAlpine Train from/to Christchurch and the motel is within easy walking distance. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which is well equipped. The manager also kindly let us leave our suitcase at the property to save us taking it on the train for our overnight stay in Greymouth. This was possible as we were returning to the property for a second stay. Plenty of parking of you have a car.
We couldn't fault it.

It was very close to the Riccarton shopping mall and we enjoyed all the modern features including the bathroom touch screen mirror.

The office hours on the website do not match the times they are open.
Site said 8am, sign on door is 9.30am. That’s a big problem for an early morning arrival.
