It’s the best place what you can find in Sardinia

The accomodation has an amazingly beutiful view of the beach. We loved to stay the house, enjoy a morning tea and coffee The kids had planty of spaces to play. We felt home immediatly🥰 We have been many places in Europe, but i never find the appartment with everything what we need. The kitchen was absolutly full with all the stuff what you ever need (like cool bag, icecream maker). There was sun umbrella, kids sand toys… absolutly everthing what you can’t bring with yourself if you have limited packages. We loved being stay close to all the lovely beaches and little far from city center. That absolutly quit and a relax place. I’m sure we come again🏖

We spend in this house 24h only because we can’t find anything else for the night!

- the house is very dirty, especially bottom floor - pictures from booking showing interiors and exteriors at least from 2 y. ago - everything in the kichen sticks from grease - no vine glasses but 20 different forks and 3 teaspoons - moldy sealer in the refrigerator and in the freezer - burned down kitchen pans - old candys and cookies without BestBefore date on the table - electric sockets fallingout from the wall - dirt in corners and spider nets - old dirty clothes and sponges everywhere ( kitchen, baths, corridor shelves) - not secured chemicals and detergents -childrens friendly cosy house - dust catchers (old, dry flowers, toys) - dirty towel hanging in the bedroom - every second lamp has a broken lightbulb - flush in wc sticked with glue gun - not working toilet seat - shower in the backyard pretending to be a second bathroom ? - holes in mosquito nets - broken shower curtain and shower head - not working grill, with old branchess and rusty old grill crate - rusty showel left in the garden - pool, not in condo but in neighborhood’s where you must pay for membership, and then for each day for umbrella and a sun lounger …

Very good

The apartment is more like a homey airbnb. I felt like stepping in someone's home with well equipped kitchen, kid's toys, mat for the beach and above all, great sea view from the balcony.

We had a bit of difficulty checking in, although not really owner's fault. We booked it very last minute and owner left us instructions for opening the door, which we didn't receive through booking.com. When we finally went in there was no internet. Contacted the owner and he fixed it rather quickly. Recommend contacting owner through whatsapp before hand.

A nightmare we will never forget

Relatively close to La Pelosa beach. The only positive issue

What he didn't like · The house was a disaster. All the locks were broken, the bathroom is so small that you couldn't sit down on the toilet without having the WINDWON in your face. When we arrived, it was 42 degrees and there was not a single fan to be found. When I phoned the owner he reacted with total indifference to our plight, saying that "I have not hidden anything", as if that's the way it should have been since there was no air conditioning in the apartment. But since nobody writes that "there are fans" in the description of the apartment, we thought we would find at least one fan or two. In the end, I threatened to raise a scandal and at that point, the owner decided to do us 'A GREAT FAVOR' by delivering 3 fans the next morning after we spent a horrendous night sweating ON THE VERANDA since it was unbearably hot in the rooms. Then the next day, after several excuses, the owner said that there was no internet (a violation of the rental terms) but that he would agree to give us a refund. At the end of 4 days, he refused to make the refund on grounds that he had not been told there was a dog (even though pets are allowed on the premises) and that allegedly was urine on the sheets (a lie, because when we checked out everything was clean). BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP - RIP-OFF GUARANTEED !!!!!

Great location but lack of air conditioning was really uncomfortable at night

Location was great, house was well equipped with kitchen and washing machine and good size for my family, host seemed lovely as well

No air conditioning was really uncomfortable at night, made it difficult to sleep and the sheets were not comfortable for the kids bed. Really needs a second fan at least.

Alla Pelosa a piedi, in quartiere tranquillo e con vista

- Vista sul mare e cielo stellato. - Posto auto coperto. - Utensili da cucina ed essenziali (olio, sale, zucchero) presenti e ben attrezzati. - Asciugamani, lenzuola, filo e stendino presenti. - Buona posizione rispetto alla Pelosa: si raggiunge a piedi dalla casa. - Spazio grande per due persone. - Tanto silenzio alla sera, tanta tranquillità.

- La finestra del soggiorno non si chiude e neanche la porta del bagno, forse perché siamo a fine stagione, crediamo che verranno sistemate. - Stesso discorso per alcune luci: alcune non funzionano. - E pure per la doccia: da sistemare l'attacco del microfono. Ma, di nuovo, credo sia dovuto a chi ha soggiornato prima di noi e il fatto che la casa è perennemente occupata.

Appartato molto bello e curato, dotato di tutti i servizi necessari, molto ampio, bello sia internamente che la zona esterna. Molto silenzioso e buona posizione per le spiagge più belle della zona. Terrazza bellissima, parcheggio privato apprezzatissimo!

La casa ha un grande potenziale e la posizione è buona, silenziosa e tranquilla. Gli spazi sono belli e ampi. La vista dalla veranda è spettacolare!

Poca cura della casa e degli ospiti. Porta finestra che non chiude, vecchia e rovinata. La persiana della matrimoniale è tutta rotta. La maniglia resta in mano, le porte interne non chiudono bene, bisogna forzarle molto facendo un gran fracasso. Eravamo in tre ma abbiamo trovato solo 2 set di asciugamani. La wifi non si trova, il segnale della tv va e viene. Giardino trascurato, barbecue ancora con la cenere di un vecchio fuoco (non è stato pulito) e una griglia vecchissima e arrugginita. Una delle sedie del cortile ha lo schienale rotto. C'erano i porta sapone ma completamente vuoti, non chiedo un set di cortesia per forza, ma almeno il sapone... La pulizia non era accurata. E altre piccole cose...
