The location was great, very close to the sea an Poros city. not the best location but very good value for money.

The location was by a beautiful beach. The studio was clean, staff kind and friendly Easy stroll to the centre of the village with restaurants, taverns and bakeries

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable

The location is nice, at the end of the town, in a quiet area. The beach is very close, just 20 meters across the road. We liked that the apartment was relatively clean and well equipped.

For some reason, probably to save some money but without thinking this compromises the comfort of the guests, the owner decided to lock the AC to a low of 24 degrees Celsius and also lock the speed of the ventilation, which was very low. In practice this means that, for a top-floor apartment, which is the most exposed to sun heat, there is not enough cooling power - especially during the night, as the AC unit cannot get the room temperature below 26 degrees, meaning that you cannot sleep well and get a proper rest. This bad decision cancels out all the other amenities and pluses of the apartment. No cleaning inside the place was made during our stay. Also, make sure you shower before 9 PM, as there will not be any hot water after this hour.
