Cottage Smerekovyi

Це дуже гарне місце для відпочинку влітку. Є все щоб чудово провести час з друзями, басейн, мангал, простора вітальня та обладнана всім необхідним кухня. Затишні спальні з балконом. Поруч є аптеки та магазини, буквально 5 хвилин пішки. Вид на гори та річка майже під домом, багато туристичних маршрутів поруч, навіть без необхідності кудись їхати. Ми чудово провели час, дякуємо!

Все було добре, єдиний момент що в будинку тільки одна ванна кімната на всіх, але з цим нічого не зробиш і це не сильно заважало.

Затмшок, розташування, озелення території, в будинку є все необхідне.

Нема качелі

Є весь необхідний посуд, навіть посудомийка.

Від душу я була не в захваті, але один раз помитись може бути. Стіни дуже тонкі, буквально чутно як інша людина пошепки говорить в іншій кімнаті. Якщо велика машина, буде дуже важко запаркуватись в дворі.

Good location - a river is nearby, easily accessible from the main road. Quiet and private. Has a fireplace inside the house. The kitchen is quite acceptable - gas stove, large fridge, has enough dishes and other utensils. The owners are ok with pets, so we could take a dog with us.

The house is exceptionally not soundproof. In the bedroom you can hear everything from the other bedroom or from the living room downstairs. A lot of almost broken things: too tight doors (especially the one from the yard to the street), the water pressure is uneven and the gas water warmer either gives you the cold or the boiling water in the shower. We were not informed that the electricity shutdowns are so often (no electricity also means no hot water), and that there are no candles or wood for the fireplace (and that guests have to provide wood themselves), so we had to make a separate trip to get all that stuff from the shop. If the heating is on, then there is constant dripping sound somewhere in the walls on the 2nd floor, almost impossible to sleep, so we had to turn the heating off for the night.
