There were enough rooms to happily accommodate my family. The location was perfect and the amenities were great. Nice pool outside and a pool table inside satisfied all of us. We didn’t use the exercise equipment, but we appreciate the reminder. The communication with renter, answered every question in a very short time. No issues at all with this property. Great experience.

We rented this home for our high school baseball team to stay at with their coaches. We came down for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect respite from the hot sun and busyness. Our kids loved the pool and the spaciousness of this wonderful home. The host was communicative and helpful Every point of our stay, we will definitely be booking here again.

Owner was responsive, however, there was a smell in the basement as we arrived. Owner stated may have had previous sump pump issue...but, would have plumber go check out possible issue. Plumber quickly arrived, said no issues with pump found, so he placed some deodorizer in pump and odor disipated for most part of the remainder of the stay. Swimming pool appeared to have alge on floor and sides of it upon arrival. Owner was quick to respond but said the pool water was clean but, that it had been "stained" green in the past and the pool would need to be drained and acid washed to improve the appearance. Owner did send pool cleaning service, the next day (the 2nd of our 3 day stay). The appearance did not improve after the service. Overall...the home served it's purpose but, lacked the value for the advertised price. The interior appeared very lived in and routine maintenance did not seem up to par. The home did not have enough garbage bags for the trash that was required to be bagged during our stay (one in the can, in kitchen.) The owner directed me to go to the store, around the corner, and said it is difficult to know how many people might stay each visit. He also said there were other bags under sink..but, the bags were only regular grocery bags. My opinion is that if the home sleeps 18...that is what the expectation for garbage should be for a 3 day weekend stay. I would not consider the home again if we were looking to book a similar home in the future.
