La posizione e la gentilezza della proprietaria.
Non era riscaldato a sufficienza, i termosifoni erano spenti e c'era solo la pompa di calore accesa, che però era posizionata nella sala, quindi per riuscire a scaldare le camere da letto si doveva dormire con le porte aperte.
Si sentono un pò i rumori della strada (specie se passano le ambulanze, dato che si trova vicino ad un ospedale).
