This is a special place. And we loved it. The uniqueness is that you have a third floor that is a rooptop with a terrace an adjecent mini-kitchen. Here you see the skyline of the village with the sea behind. You see Biograd, and the moon mirroring in the sea. We loved cooling down on the top terrace in the evening when we return from dinner. We had our drinks in the fridge, and watching the birds and listening to the complete silence of this village by nights. It has shading by a pergola covering the terrace. On the first and second floor are the bedrooms, while the ground at the entrance is a complete kitchen with toilet. The first floor is accessible for wheelchair, while the floors up are accessed by a round staircase not suitable for tottlers or elderly. But great for our family with teens and parents who would like to have some separate space and areas to hang out. Great landloard. And extreemly clean. And 1 minute to walk a few tursn to the seafront with the beach and restaurants.

For us it was perfect.

Great location, old town centre, with local people in neighborhood. Close to beach and all shops. The house was really good equipped (dish washer, washing machine). Nothing was missing.

Just parking was 10 min walking, but it is logical because of house location.
