It was nice accommodation, and all we needed. Perfect location as we had a wedding at Caversham House.
There was a constant vibrating noise that would happen every 5 minutes for the entire stay. It kept us awake so we didn't get a very good sleep. when we told the staff at check out, they just said they will investigate it and fix the issue for future. I think it is quite expensive for what you get. buffet breakfast was ok, but again, a bit expensive. some of the hot food served was cold.

Room was great, fantastic location for doing the Swan Valley area.
The airplanes nose early in the morning; rooms need double glazing to keep out the noise.

It was good, though the barista coffee was not so good.
The shower only had a rain-head. It would have been preferable to also incorporate a adjustable/removable shower head.
