Very nice, big apartment, 13 min to beach by bike, 5 min by car, beach is windy quiet lot. Few steps to supermarket.
You find everything you need in apartment. Good kitchen facilities. Bathtoom is quiet new.
Parking privat oposite the apartment for additional fee. Not public parking with view on a car only in next street.
. AC a plus. TV with netflix, youtube. Good wifi. Very good choice for money.
A kid cot for free.
The cleanliness could be a bit better. The floor was not clean properly and we found some hair in bathtoom and bottle cap under the couch in livingroom. But nothing so bad

The location is perfect, 2min walk from the bus station, there're many bus to the city center (+/- 20-30min) but also very close to Poetto beach. The owner is also very nice the communicative, he makes sure that everything is fine.
You can basically hear the neighbour as he is next door.. it was okay for us we were a group of 3 friends not really staying in the flat, only there to sleep
