It's not a 5 star hotel. - Check in was bad. Please mention earlier in the email or via booking platform that we need to bring IC for check in. I didn't and I needed to go back to my car. - No hotel porter at all to help with the luggages for the apartment suites. Many staff were standing at the hotel lobby, asking if I need help with the luggages , but when I told them I booked an apartment, they just told me how to go to the parking. - No staff at all at the apartment suite lobby, I needed to walk to the hotel lobby which is located in a different building under the hot sun just to hand back the card. - It's really bewildering considering the most expensive rooms offered by Tenera are in the suites building but no staff and service at all for apartment suites. Air conditioning was not even turned on for the suites lobby. - Parking is really bad. Couldn't get out for 15 minutes, just because the parking system wrongly read my car plate number, on the second day. The hotel staff at the front desk asked us to reverse and try again for a few times which was not working at all, the hotel staff who came to boom gate couldn't override the system, (both of them asked a few times whether I stay at the hotel or not which is really annoying) the parking staff didn't want to listen to the hotel staff. They didn't even apologise when they finally resolved the issue, which I think in their mind, not their fault anyway. A 5 star hotel doesnt operate like this. They give parking for free. They just include the cost of the parking inclusive of the hotel room price. Parking is RM5 per day by the way. And you need to call the Front Desk before going out which is a hassle. - Breakfast offers a very limited variety. Roti Canai are from frozen packages, and on the first day, the chef who handles roti Canai was not there most of the time.
