Had a fantastic stay at Jungle House! It’s simple, authentic, and offers a quiet escape from the busy town crowds while remaining super close to everything. The host is mega friendly and very quick to reply to any messages. They also organized amazing yoga sessions during our stay. If you want a peaceful, rustic getaway in Arugam Bay, stay here!

Laura is een fijne gastvrouw, ze weet van alles voor je te regelen en is aanwezig als je haar nodig hebt. Jungle House is een kleinschalig complex, zeer schoon en netjes. De kamer is ruim en goed ingericht. Wij vonden het juist fijn dat Jungle House niet in de drukke straat zelf zit maar toch ben je binnen twee minuten aan het strand. Wij zouden hier zeker weer terugkomen en raden het ook daarom zeker aan voor anderen die voor rust en originaliteit gaan. Dank je wel Laura voor de goede zorgen en we wensen je het allerbeste!

I had an amazing stay at The Jungle House in Arugam Bay. The little jungle hut was cozy, clean, and surrounded by nature—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It feels peaceful and private yet is only a short walk to cafés and the ocean. A special shout-out to Lala. who was an exceptional host: friendly, thoughtful, and always ready with great local tips. I left feeling refreshed and already wish I’d booked a longer stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm, beautiful spot in Arugam Bay.
