The apartment was as described, only 10 minutes from the beach. Many restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Slaven was friendly, he introduced the property to us.
We really enjoyed our stay there, everything was clean and plus points for the comfy bed.
I would recomment it and surely will come back.

Hosts were nice and friendly. Studio was well equipped and perfectly clean. Bed was very comfortable with nice soft mattress. Aircondition worked well. There was a private terrace with table and chairs with view to Kvarner Bay and city of Rijeka. It was very pleasant to sit outside in the evening.
Location is in a quiet part of Malinska, so we could undisturbedly sleep with opened terrace door and fresh night sea air from outside.
View to the see is quite limited because of a lot of trees between terrace and coast.
We have no other things to complain about. Maybe if you stay longer and if you enjoy to be near beaches and city center, the location is not perfect. There is around 10 minutes walk to or from coast.
