Struttura pulita e spaziosa. Host super accogliente e disponibile. Posizione strategica a pochi passi dal mare. Consigliatissimo!

Room sizes and location were great. Rooms were clean. Air conditioner in every room.
Free parking was public and full in the weekend. However, it was convenient during the week (in the beginning of September - I wouldn't count on it in August).
Water in the shower didn't drain well.
Air conditioner of the main bedroom was old and noisy (versus the one in the kitchen, that was new and quiet)
Annoying barking dog in the courtyard everytime we approached the door of the building.
Out of three weeks of vacation, this host together with another one was the only one who lacked of flexibility when Covid happened. Other locations allowed me to cancel my booking although they had no cancellation policy as it has been considered an exceptional circumstance. I believe that when no inconveniences happen, any host can be great; it's when something happens, the way situations are handled shows a great host versus a greedy one.

This property is perfectly positioned, close to the water and also shopping for groceries. The host is wonderful and the apartment is very generous in space and amenities. Highly recommended.
