Die Lage war für uns perfekt, Yaiza liegt sehr zentral und man kommt überall zügig hin. Im Haus findet man alles was man benötigt und den Rest kauft man eben ein. Die Bedürfnisse sind eben unterschiedlich. Der Aussenbereich ist komfortabel, der Pool benötigt etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Der Hausbesitzer wohnt nebenan, ist sehr freundlich und stets bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.
Zu helle Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer und im Bad zu dunkel. Wir haben es uns mit den Nachtischlampen aber gemütlich gemacht. 😄

Villa très bien équipée, très propre, très bien située. La piscine était très agréable. Les échanges avec le propriétaire et les personnes qui s'occupaient de la location étaient très chaleureux.
Les chiens des voisins qui abboyaient la nuit (mais ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire)

Very clean and spacious. Secure and well maintained. Lovely outdoor space for relaxing in sun or shade. Great location for exploring the island. Easy parking immediately outside.
We liked everything thank you. Would suggest that guests might appreciate a bottle of drinking water on arrival, along with a small liquid hand soap and a couple of spare rubbish bags.

Nice and spacious. Due to the weather we didn’t get to use the outside, which was very well equipped with sun beds , tables and chairs.
The lack of towels, there was no hand towel in the bathroom. I eventually found two towels in the wardrobe, not quite bath sized and a beach towel. The two small toilet rolls that were so thin only lasted into the week, so we had to buy some more. There was no spare bin bags, for the kitchen or the toilet. ( you cannot flush toilet paper) . I know these are only small things, but they do make a difference to your stay.
