Wonderful time would 100% go back

Pool was lovely Hotel room was very big - we got a room with a balcony facing the pool so was very nice to get the sun rise As a whole really good stay and would 100% go back BUT would say regardless which hotel you stay at bring a car - you could walk into the town which is 20 minutes but after a while the little town gets boring as very small so we had the car and drove to Nantes etc for shopping centres

Was very difficult to try and get dinner - tried 3 times and were turned away as too full despite being told each time to come back tomorrow without a reservation Only on our last day did it start to get busy the pool was packed but luckily this didn’t affect us

Beautiful room and bathroom but not the best location for food or beaches

Lovely big rooms and great shower room and separate loo . Seemed quite new so was clean

The swing door in the corridor outside our room - it banged and resonated in our room frequently . Also the pool was covered and not really open air . The main issue was the restaurant was closed as it was Sunday evening we were not aware of this until we had booked in ! There is nowhere nearby to eat so it involved returning to town in the car and after a long day driving this was not in our plan but we had no choice as we needed food !

Fair price with good facilities, the restaurant is a great extra service with friendly staffs. The gym and sauna facilities are a great addition as well. The bedroom was clean and quiet, we took a good rest and enjoyed our stay. The cleaning persons are polite and do their jobs with professionalism

The area does not offer a fantastic view over nice spots of La baule, but rather the opposite. That’s also explain the fair price. The staff at the reception is not friendly at all compared to the one at the restaurant. That’s ashamed because it doesn’t give a first and last good impression to our stay.

Hotel is newish with excellent facilities.Room was very good large bed,fridge,safe etc.Nice Bathroom Shower VG. Location 20 min walk from centre through quite residential area

The Staff were friendly and did give direction to the nearest place- There was staff available 24X7 The Swimming pool and Gym are open till 2200 Hrs- which is a good deal Each room had a balcony

Breakfast is not that exquisite for a 16EUR/day

Good overnight hotel.

Situated a little out of town, took about 20 mins to walk. Big bedrooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast good. Plenty of choice. Hairdryer supplied and not a rubbish wall mounted one either!

Nice spacious room and bed but lacking anything else to justify the rates being charged

Whilst the staff were polite they were not exceptional or outstanding. The room was very spacious. Housekeeping very good with clean towels each day Breakfast was more than adequate having a choice of both English and Continental without limitation

The location was out of town on a industrial estate whilst being modern and well kept would not be easy to find or acceptable by public transport. I thought that the Website mentioned there was a limited dining facility and the entrance to Bar and Breakfast Room was shown as Brassiere. It was disappointing to find the nearest dining facilities were in the town and reception staff recommended a restaurant at seafront some 3 km away, which we found but could not find a place to park nearby. Although tea and coffee making facility was available in room only cardboard beakers were supplied which were flimsy and not fit for purpose, we asked for chia cups and cutlery for our room so that we could eat food we had obtained from supermarket and were told to help ourselves from the breakfast room. this is not what would be expected of a Hotel claiming to have 4 star rating. Yes there is a pool? but only really suitable for children not large enough to actually swim in, there did not appear to be any safeguarding in place. either being that it could be used until 22.00 hours. In my view at best it should only be 3 star rating and in view that it was just a bed and breakfast facility with a gym, pool, sauna and treatment suite realistically 2 star as there is not and catering service apart from breakfast. In conclusion it is a nice hotel in the wrong place without dining facility and does not justify the price advertised or that of discount rate made available to booking agencies

large clean rooms. good shower. nice clean pool.

wifi didn’t work in bedrooms. large gap behind pillows on sofa bed. location was a bit odd in the middle of nowhere but suited our needs whilst visiting friends in the area.

The size of the room was very bright and very pleasant.

It would be better without the carpet on the floor and with a wooden floor.We arrived at 11 a.m. and we did not have access to the room until 4 p.m., which did not allow us to enjoy the hotel and the pool. You have to leave the room at 11am the next day. This should be reviewed and improved.

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. WOULD RECOMMEND IT.

THE ROOM WAS MUCH BIGGER THAN EXPECTED AND VERY COMFORTABLE WITH A SOFA AND A FRIDGE AND UNDERGROUND PARKING WHICH WAS FAB AS IT WAS 38 DEGREES OUTSIDE. LOTS OF PARKING OUTSIDE TOO.

COULD HAVE DONE WITH A FEW MORE SUN BEDS AROUND POOL AND THOUGHT THE POOL WAS A BIT SMALL FOR THE SIZE OF THE HOTEL

Very good

We have been before at the smaller hotel when the new section was being built. We arrived later than scheduled as we were in traffic for almost six hours, they didn’t seem happy so only stayed for one night, we stayed longer the first time.
