New apartment
WiFi connection was poor. Relatively old bathroom not really matching the rest of the apartment. Average location.

I personally liked the location as it was perfect to walk to the beach and walk also to the center but it a walk from the center and so it depends on what the purpose of one's trip is. The apartment is relatively new and it has all the appliances a family may need.
The apartment could have been cleaner. The bathroom seemed like it was not cleaned properly as you could see traces in the sink of the previous guests. The location was good for relaxation but a little far from the center, The bed mattress was a little too hard.
