The house is in a great location, close to Old Town LaQuinta with mountain views. All the appliances and the HVAC worked well. Host answered our questions in a timely manner. We enjoyed the saltwater pool very much.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely desert home. It is well appointed inside and out!The “spool” was a little too cool for our liking, but we loved the outdoor ambiance for morning coffee or evening cocktails.We would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place. Spacious kitchen and living area. Loved the warm pool. Walking distance to old town. Teryl was very responsive and great to work with. We already booked for2027.

The property is in a good location and offers plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, which made sleeping easy and enjoyable.That said, there were a few notable downsides that impacted our stay. The home did not appear to have been properly cleaned prior to arrival. The bathroom sink was dirty with visible toothpaste residue and hair, and there was dog hair throughout the primary bedroom—on the bed, sheets, and floor—which transferred onto our clothes. Fortunately we’re not allergic to dogs. This was especially disappointing given expectations around cleanliness.Additionally, the pool heater was not functioning properly. While the owner did notify us about this shortly before our arrival, it was too late at that point to make alternative arrangements, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the property.Overall, the space itself has a lot of potential, but the cleanliness issues and lack of a working pool heater took away from what could have been a much better experience.
