Couldn’t manage the temperature, room was quite hot. Didn’t want to use AC. Had to open the window to cool down a bit ( even it was -15 degrees outside)

Wonderful stay — very happy and satisfied

I especially loved that the sauna is inside the bathroom, and everything was very clean. Each unit also has its own Jacuzzi, which made it so convenient and relaxing.

Excellent resort for your Arctic stay but you may want to go later in the season to maximize your chance of a great Ligh

Amazing accommodations. The private sauna and hot tub really made for a luxurious upgrade.The onsite restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed the selections every night there on our three night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location might be a little to close to the Santa Claus village for viewing the Northern Lights optimally but it’s also very close to explore the village. No fault of the resort but in mid January the weather tends to be cloudy. We saw the lights dance on the last night there but it was still too hazy to see the colors with the naked eye. I’ve heard later in the season the weather might better for viewing.

Everything about this stay was luxurious from the service to the food to the amenities. It was like staying in a perfectly peaceful snow globe for a few days. Highly recommend!

Unforgettable memories

Glass Resort was absolutely perfect and exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfasts were fantastic, and the dinners truly met fine-dining standards — both in cuisine and service. We traveled with two young children, and the hotel was perfect for them as well. Upon arrival, the children were welcomed with thoughtful kids’ amenities, which immediately made them feel special. The children’s menu in the restaurant was excellently designed, offering high-quality options suitable for young guests. Overall, the resort has a very warm and genuine kids-friendly atmosphere, while still maintaining a premium standard. The location is outstanding, with Santa Claus Village within easy walking distance, which is a huge advantage, especially for families. The private outdoor jacuzzi and sauna were absolutely wonderful after a full day spent outdoors and provided the perfect way to relax. We also highly appreciated the fast and smooth communication with the reception via WhatsApp — always responsive, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, a truly exceptional experience. We would happily return and highly recommend this resort.

Worth it!

The hot tub, sauna and rooms were delightful. Breakfast and dinner were all amazingly tasty, and the staff attentive throughout the stay. Thank you Glass House!

Nothing major, our window was not heating properly so it took awhile to remove the snow, but we managed to sort it in the end :) The view was worth it

The nicest place to stay in Lapland!

Lovely glass apartment with a hot tub and sauna. Nice decor and location is ideal to visit Santa’s Village.

The food options were limited and the menu was the same for our 4 night stay. The dining can be improved. However, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and looked after my son who has various food allergies.

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. But what truly stole my heart was the food, absolutely delicious! Every meal was a treat: fresh ingredients, incredible flavors, and beautifully presented dishes that could easily compete with top restaurants.

Beautifully designed apartment style hotel with attentive staff.

We splurged for to stay here and it was lovely in many ways. The staff was great. I appreciated the breakfast server the first two nights of our stay in particular.

I am disappointed that we were given an apartment that afforded little privacy. I don't think the facility was full. There seemed to be other apartments that had more privacy. I think the restaurant was great generally, but some of the entrees tried a little too hard. Too much sauce or too many elements.

Everything was fantastic! Awesome breakfast, lovely room, very clean and new, loved the private outdoor hot tub and the sauna. Good location.

The double bed was two single beds with a gap in between. Not so comfortable.

The food was excellent - both breakfast and dinner. Same menu everyday but can't complain when the quality is there - at breakfast the salmon, both smoked and gravlax was excellent. A good selection. Dinner was excellent also - fantastically prepared fish!! The sauna in the room was better than could be expected!! Loved it!! The staff were great and always gracious and helpful. Villie, Asha, the lovely couple from Spain and our newfound Ukranian friend - all were extremely helpful with whatever we needed.

The stairs in the room leading to the upstairs bedroom were a little steep but had plenty of places to hold onto while descending. No Northern Lights to be seen, but that is out of the hands of the resort!

The sauna and outdoor spa were super fun!

The best thing about the stay was definitely the whole glass igloo with sauna and outdoor spa. It has all the facilities one could ask for.

We had informed that we are vegetarians. Even then, there was nothing special arranged for us for dinner. We had to make-do with the limited choices in their menu.

One life time experience

Definitely the hot spa and private sauna, you can experience the beautiful Lapland forest view and at the same time stay warm. Spacious and modern apartment, you can chill in it for a very long time.

The staffs are very friendly. The room is very spacious with sauna room inside and the jacuzzi is very nice. I really enjoyed my stay.

but only one of the front desk staff that refused to check as I requested for late 1hr check out. The room can clearly hear people talking next room.

All in all this trip was liberating and rejuvenating with a touch of the Nordic feel

the staff and amenities were amazing! The resort definitely made you feel welcome and went through all the details of the spa and sauna!

Longer times for meals as the kitchen closed down early and if you didn’t make dinner reservations you were stuck with whatever was in the village. it’d be great if they had late arrival food to pick up

Exceptional

The private hot spa is amazing! We enjoyed it so much. The glass roof allows us to see the sky and trees while at bed, it is fabulous! The staff are very helpful and considerate. Our flight delayed so we arrived at the hotel almost at 10pm. We were afraid to miss the dinner, but the hotel still offer dinner for delayed guests. So nice! The communication before arrival also went very well.
