Ubicación, encanto del apartamento en un edificio del siglo XVIII, a veces desayunando parece el tipico cuadro danés, el trato de quienes lo alquilan es muy bueno, dan mucha información. La lavadora y cocina, genial. La cama está bien, pero las almohadas las cambiaría, son demasiado altas. Pero ha sido muy buena experiencia. Volveríamos este apartamento sin dudarlo.

Todo nos gustó, muy buen trato y condiciones. Dos cosas llamarán la atención de quien lo estudie como alojamiento. La ducha junto al retrete es costumbre danesa y el apartamento en una casa tan antigua no tiene otra solución arquitectónica. Te acostumbras pronto y además te haces un poco más danés :) Debajo hay un pub irlandés, pero se escucha solo de lejos y respetan muy bien siempre los horarios de noche. Sin problema ninguno.

Die Lage ist für Menschen, die den Innenstadtbereich zu Fuß erkunden wollen, hervorragend. Auch die Metrostation ist nah.

Das Badezimmer ist sehr eng und die Dusche ist suboptimal. Ein Abfalleimer fehlt im Badezimmer. Schade, dass es kein Fernsehen gibt. Der Aufstieg in den vierten Stock ist anstrengend. Für uns ist unverständlich, dass durch eine Fußgängerzone nachts knatternde Motorräder und Autos brausen.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Copenhagen Stroeget (shopping) district and a few minutes walk from museums, parks, harbourfront, architectural gems. You feel part of the city but not overwhelmed. The apartment itself is gorgeous, a small wee top floor / attic with everything a single person might need. Beautifully designed, warm, lovely bed, really nice kitchen, cute little bathroom. The booking agency were pleasant to deal with. The landlord had left out a really handy set of tips and laminated maps with insider information - where to buy groceries, have a coffee etc. There were also printed maps, really useful as I don't have a smartphone.

The person living below played music late at night - he stopped after midnight on my second night but on my third (last) night he was still playing tracks with a deep bass sound and talking really loudly at 4.19am. I I had to walk downstairs, knock on the door and ask him to stop. He was pleasant and obliged, in fact he told me 'to just let him know' but that was not much use as I was leaving the next day. It was very stressful and it impacted my sleep. I was not warned about this; instead I was told to be 'nice to the neighbours' in the greeting pack. Anyone renting at this address needs to be told about this on arrival so they can go downstairs on the first night and tell the neighbour that they are sleeping above his stereo. This reduced the comfort of my stay considerably and would make me hesitant to recommend what was otherwise a lovely apartment. Official key collection is 17:00 hours which is awkward, if like me you arrive in the early afternoon. As it was I couldn't get my keys till 18:00 hours, which meant hanging around in Copenhagen for 4 hours before dumping my bag, not very pleasant. When I asked if I could stay an extra hour the morning I checked out I was told someone was arriving early so I couldn't - this seemed inconsistent and meant I had less time than other guests in the space. I think there should be more consistency, if I got keys late I should have been let stay late. Nobody was there to take the keys when I left so I couldn't see the rush in getting me out by 10:00am. There are no lifts. I was travelling light just with one backpack but it was still an effort, but it would be very uncomfortable lugging even a small wheelie case up the three winding flights of narrow stairs.
