The location was perfect, close to both the main beach and a less busy local beach. The apartment is modern with very effective air conditioning and we appreciated the parasols that we could use on the beach and there were also beach tennis rackets and toys for smaller kids. The owner was very service-minded and approved both an early check-in and a late check-out as there were no guests prior to and after us.
We missed not having direct outdoor access from the kitchen.
The roof terrace was a bit too hot during the day when it was 30 degrees (but the other balcony was ok).

Location is great, very clean, proper air conditioning, great attention to details (beach toys available for kids, beach rackets, football, basketball and beach volleyball balls)

The host (Valentina) is a brilliant person. She will inform you where is the best restaurant, the best pancakes, the best beach, places to visit and she will help you in any service and answer every question you have. The house is excellent - de Luxe, clean, airconditioned with all equipment you have at home. The center with shops and restaurants is around 600m away. Very very good experience.
The beach near the house is not so good for our taste. But if you have a car, you can visit the best beaches as Torre Lapillo or punta Prosciutto with crystal clear water
