Parioli House near Borghese-LUISS University

Location was good for my purposes of going there. Contact person was very helpful in answering our questions . We had an enjoyable stay !

Going up and down stairs.

Appartamento con la zona giorno e il bagno un po' piccoli, le stanze da letto grandi, dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici utili. L'appartamento è totalmente indipendente, nel cortile interno di un palazzo. Sulla strada esterna diversi ottimi ristoranti dove mangiare, supermercato vicino, fermata per i mezzi pubblici a pochi metri. Aria condizionata in entrambe le stanze da letto (anche se io ho preferito tenerla spenta)

Il cortile non è pulitissimo ma capisco che non dipenda dal proprietario dell'appartamento. L'illuminazione della camera dove c'è la tv andrebbe migliorata. Il bagno è molto molto piccolo.

Posizione perfetta

The house was comfortable, although it was in the middle of a tall building with kitchens' back doors of a couple of restaurants that were very near. The area was nice although it was far from the centre with few transport options.

The host did not meet us in the property as the advert described, and she was not as available as she said. We asked for some shampoo but she didn't want to provide it, saying it wasn't written in the property info (which it was). Bathroom became a lake every time we took a shower. There were smell and noise until late coming from the kitchens near the house.
