Location. Location. Location. If you're here to surf then this is a great place. The food downstairs and the view were both amazing.
They're up front about the difficult access with lots of stairs, the potential monkey business, and the loud music on Sunday and Wednesday nights so nothing was a shock but if you weren't expecting them it could be rough. No problem for us though.

Amazing location - literally on the cliff! Restaurant under the stairs will bring up food to eat on the patio.
Either go join the party at Single fins (which is what we did) or bring some earplugs for sleeping - no big deal though. And you have to pay 5000rp each time you want to walk up the street, one time it was 10000!

Quite cozy inside, good amount of beds and had essentials like iron and water filter. Relaxing during the day and on weekdays
Club music and base can be heard from inside property till very late at night. Making afternoon stay on weekends less pleasant
