First thing… Food is great, would highly recommend having your dinner there. Food is made to order, so ordering in advance helps. The 2 female staff are warm and welcoming. They were super sweet and made sure we felt comfortable.
The road is also cosy and has an absolutely beautiful view of the mountains. Well worth the perilous journey.
Do note that this place is far from the town, and as it’s located on the cliff, it’s not accessible by car. You’ll stop at the car park, and take a 5-min walk. This also means that once you’ve checked in, you may not want to venture out again.
Luggage wise, they’ll get a mule to carry the luggage’s to your room!
One thing to note is, if you are speaking to Rachid, you need to be absolutely clear with him. We told him we were leaving, and requested for the mule to carry our luggage. He said ok, but took no action. 10 mins later, we asked him where the mule was. It was only then he got up from his seat and started shouting for the stable boy. Rachid also tried to charge me for 3 dishes, when I only ordered 2. His rationale was that there were 3 pax, and therefore we should pay for 3 (fyi, you pay per dish, not per person, and the price per dish is clearly stated in the menu).
He also got me to different rooms just to make payment; first, for him to write a receipt (and for me to pay), and the second, to collect my change. Not sure where the logic is in that.
I’d highly suggest speaking to the female staff there; you’ll get way better service.

We spent 3 days at Riad Four Seasons and we're very satisfied with the room, the food and the staff. Ibrahim, Rachid, and Bouchra were always available to answer any questions and offer suggestions of things to do. We definitely would recommend this hotel for a great stay in Imlil!
