The Parking and Security

Firstly, the check-in took ages and we were given a room with 2 single beds instead of a double as specifically provided as an option and not if possible. When the relocated to the room with a double bed, it was prepared for a single person and had to ask for additional water and towelling and had to make do wit insufficient pillows. The T.V. system was a nightmare to operate and the screen was tiny. The bathroom was so tiny and there was NO HOT WATER. The room was strangely appointed and there were nasty wire hangers in the wardrobe. The breakfast area had so many lights that were not working and it was really dingy as it was an overcast day. There were only 2 types of fruit which was depleted by the time my wife wanted to get some. The location is really remote and we normally park our vehicle and then walk to the restaurants but this was impossible on this high speed roadway with no safe pedestrian access.
