Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Meter vom Strand (landesüblich Betonliegeflächen). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage des Apartments ist ruhig und nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei, mehreren Restaurantes und einer Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt.
Es könnte ein wenig in die Adaption der Wohnung investiert werden.
