The apartment is in a modern family house in which a very kind and helpful owner lives in the apartment next door, perfect location a few steps from Marina Frapa, large garden in front of the house where you can park your car, spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom with shower, toilet , bidet and washing machine, we felt like we were at home with mom

Nice and clean apartment, near the beaches (5-30min) , near restaurants (20-25min walk), near bakery (15-20min walk).
Outside it looks very modern. Nice terrace, perfect for little children. Washing machine available.
Apartment provides a Turkish coffee machine for 1-2 cups.
All in all it was a nice stay and we would come again.
Host is friendly and cares.
No detergent for washing machine available. Would be a nice touch to provide that, because in a week you actually would just use the washing machine 1-2 times, so it won‘t make any sense to buy a whole package detergent.
Shower towels are old and don‘t smell good. They washed (!!) but are old and should be changed. The size if the towels are also too small, they could be used as hand towels but not as shower towels. So make sure, to bring your own if you care.
No filter coffee machine available. If you are a party of 2 or more you need to make 2-3 times coffee with Turkish coffee machine. Filter coffee machine would be a nice touch (only costs about 20-30€).
TV is very old (no flat TV) and offers only Croatian television. Which was no problem for us as we haven‘t used it anyway.
The two bedrooms offer only single beds, no double bed available. But also was ok for us as we knew it before.
Also a new pair of knifes would be a good ides ;-)

Rogoznica is a very nice place to spend holidays doing snorkeling or walks along the beautiful Dalmatia cost. The Apartment Benjamin is very conveniently located in a walking distance to many snorkeling or just swimming spots as well as to the nice charmful city center. The proximity of Marina spoils a view a bit but can be considered an asset due to access to the small grocery shop and few small restaurants. On the other hand, the unquestioned advantage is the host who is ultra nice person and we also had very good contact before arrival so everything went smooth.
