About this house rental
Herons landing is superbly located on the beautiful, gated, Terra Verde Resort, only minutes from Disney, Old Town, great restaurants and shops. The house is in a secluded spot, backing onto conservation woodland, yet only a 2 minute stroll around the resort fishing lake, to the clubhouse complex and communal pool.
The clubhouse offers something for everyone. Apart from the child-friendly heated pool, there is a tiki-bar, kids playground, basketball and volleyball courts, games room, gym, sauna, wi-fi lounge, tennis and table-tennis.
The house has a South East facing private courtyard, which is not overlooked and is perfect for sun-bathing, with a hot-tub/spa to cool off. There is ample parking at the front.
Inside, the house is fully air-conditioned, with ceiling fans in the 3 main rooms for extra comfort. Towels and bed linens are provided and you won't need to bring anything with you but clothes and swimming gear!

We loved having our own space on holiday, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the property felt very safe. The only downside was the over-chlorination of the pool and hot tubs. We had bathing suits severely bleached, hair fried, and several rashes within our group and a family we met while there. If you don't have sensitive skin it would probably be fine.

Had everything promised, some minor niggles that I let the owner know about but nothing that affected my stay, only a short 5 min walk to the club house and pool, plenty of parking in front of the house, WiFi was fast, never used the hot tub not really my thing but was clean and hot.
All in all we had a fantastic experience here. Thanks

Could’ve been a perfect stay..
no seal on the front door letting little bugs in, ac went out first night, no need for a hottub when you wake up sweaty. WiFi was out the last night of our stay so we had to use an iPad to watch something. Hope these issues are fixed. Didn’t get a final response from the renter I guess after checkout they don’t have to.
