We are 6 adults in our 60s and from PA. We found the house to be perfect for our needs while visiting Bradenton for some Spring Training baseball and fun. The outdoor pool and patio were perfect for relaxing in the sun and shade. We spent many hours there. The house looks just like the VRBO pictures and the listing is accurate. We really had no complaints at all. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We would happily stay there again should we decide to stay in Bradenton again.

We drove 18 hours to the house and the experience was worth the trip! About 15 min from the beach and never had a problem finding a parking space. Went to the beach from 11am to roughly 5pm ordered dinner on the way home and had a great dinner at the house every night and pool time after dinner. The house was in a nice neighborhood and very clean and neat. The master bedroom was a little hot, the air didn't seem to circulate very well in that room only, but that was the only gripe.

This home is well stocked with all the necessities you need for a vacation in the lovely Anna Maria Island Area. This place was clean, beautiful and close to all things you need for your stay. The beds were ok.. my husband and I have back issues so these were not the best for us but they did the job. My kids enjoyed this home especially the beautiful pool in the back with amazing privacy. One thing I will mention is this is in a neighborhood where they just may call a noise ordinance on you if you're too loud outside. We had a police officer show up on Christmas Eve at 7:30pm to tell us a neighbor called to complain about us being noisy in the pool. Our children were playing games in the pool and enjoying themselves. There was nothing they were doing wrong they were just laughing and having fun. The police officer apologized and told us to carry on with what we were doing. Some of the patio furniture was rusty and broke on the first day my daughter lounged on a chair. They replaced it for us the next day! This was a nice surprise especially cause I and my two girls love to bask in the sun. The beach gear especially the wagon was key in providing all the things needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Some of the beach chairs need replacing however I am just saying this so the management knows about it. We were happy to use whatever was provided it was incredibly well thought out. In summary I would highly recommend this place for anyone to consider renting. It housed 6 of us extremely comfortably and we even was able to entertain our friends a couple nights with their children to swim. I will look to book this place again. Well done you guys!
