Superb

Nice small apartment very near to the beach. Next shop 100 m, city center 200 m. Basic but functional furniture and equipment. Very good contact to the owner. Kitchen is fully equipped, air conditioner is a huge plus for Camargue.

Bed linen and towels are not provided even for charge- this might be very beneficial.

Séjour décevant, propreté et entretien à revoir !

Apparemment très bien situé dans un endroit calme Literie confortable

A notre arrivée, plusieurs points étaient problématiques : • Étagères poussiéreuses. • Assiettes rangées au placard encore sales, avec restes de sauce tomate et gruyère séché. • Obligées de récurer chaque couvert avant de pouvoir manger. • Lave-vaisselle inefficace, ne nettoyant pas la vaisselle. • Machine à laver qui n’essore pas. • Une chaise et le tancarville à moitié cassés. • Les rideaux ont été occultés, nous en sommes ravies, mais encore faut il faire les deux côtés ! • Volet de la chambre impossible à fermer complètement. En plus de cela, aucun état des lieux n’a été réalisé à l’arrivée malgré notre demande. Aucune caution n'a été prise, et la personne n’est pas venue vérifier le logement à notre départ : nous avons dû lui apporter les clés directement sur son lieu de travail. Par la suite, elle nous a envoyé des messages nous reprochant un mauvais ménage, nous menaçant même d’un commentaire négatif pour « nous empêcher de relouer ». Le logement pourrait être agréable avec plus d’entretien, un meilleur suivi et une communication plus cordiale.

Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé

L'emplacement est vraiment très bien, a proximité du centre et de la mer, un endroit calme et très bonne isolation phonique ! L'appartement, bien qu'avec une déco un peu ''vieillotte'' est bien équipé, lave vaisselle, grand frigo, lave linge (non utilisé), clim réversible en chauffage (utile en avril !). Il ne manque aucun ustensile de cuisine, et le petit balcon est parfait pour se poser.

Le matelas de la chambre mériterait d'être changé.

Größe und Lage perfekt, Ausstattung eher in die Jahre gekommen

Die Größe, Aufteilung und Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Der Supermarkt und die Innenstadt sind direkt ums Eck und der Strand ist auch nicht weit. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war sowohl bei Ankunft als auch bei Abreise sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Es gibt eine Wasch- und Geschirrspülmaschine was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist.

Die Ausstattung wirkt teilweise sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche gab es keine Schneidemesser und nur eine eher unbrauchbare Pfanne. Zum Heizen standen nur zwei Klimageräte zur Verfügung die dauerhaft laufen mussten um eine angenehme Raumtemperatur zu erreichen.
