Old Town Villa

Clean and comfortable with excellent hosts

Parking on the narrow street

I loved staying at Old Town Villa. I do a lot of traveling and the room was perfect for me. The bathroom was clean and had a door on the shower. The counter in the bathroom was big enough that I could put my toiletry bag on it. The TV included English channels so I could watch the news. The room was spacious, there were blackout curtains and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a place for me to put my suitcase so that I didn’t have to bend down to the floor to get anything out of it.The hosts were super welcoming and friendly. I wish all the hotels I stayed in were like this one! The hotel was a short walk to Old Town, a longer walk to the waterfront and there were many coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets close by - great location!

Good location, great price and the staff (I'm including the dog in that!) were absolutely lovely. The room was also great, perfectly clean, very good air conditioning and having a balcony to sit out on was really nice.

Nothing I didn't like!

Comfortable bed and pillow. Shower, towels and toiletries were lovely. Good parking spot at the front door of the hotel. Double glazed windows to keep the street noise out.

The double glazed windows kept the street noise out but we could still hear other guests talking very loudly. There was nowhere close by to have breakfast or even a nice hotel for a drink or nice restaurant for dinner. The hotel was difficult to find because Google maps is wrong and wanted us to drive the wrong way up a one way street and we had to go round the block a few times in the crazy traffic to find our own way to the place, which we eventually did but it was frustrating at the end of a long day of driving.
