Uns hat die Wohnung mit der großen Süd-West-Terrasse sehr gut gefallen. Für die morgendliche Gassirunde mit unserem Hund war es von Vorteil, dass man in wenigen Minuten am Strand war. In ebenso kurzer Zeit war man aber auch in der Innenstadt mit ihren vielen tollen kleinen Läden.

Wünschenswert wäre eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit im Schlafzimmer.

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, modern und sauber. Die Lage ist toll - sehr zentral, ein Katzensprung zum Weststrand. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut top.

Fantastischer, windstiller Sonnenbalkon, trotz niedriger Temperaturen konnten wir dort stundenlang in der Sonne sitzen. Gute Ausstattung, gute Lage !

Das Schlafzimmerfenster läßt sich gar nicht verdunkeln. Eine weitere und etwas bessere Decke sowie 1-2 gute Kissen im Wohnzimmer wären schön.
