I have enjoyed my stay there. The place was clean and organized. The hosts always offer a free shuttle to/from the train station.

The Mother & Son owners were very friendly & helpful. They picked us up from the station & dropped us off their also 🙏🏻 Car Parking is great opposite the house on the street. The apartment is a the upper floor of their own house. Their is a great and friendly cafe at the end of the street. We had breakfast Couisant with Cheese & ham, Pastry & Coffee, for 2, all for under €10 total. We stayed a 2nd day, leaving the car parked same place. For our day trip into Florence. The cafe booked us a Taxi to the station €9 friendly local taxi drivers both ways 👍🏻. This is a really convenient place to stay, it is a 30minute walk to the Train but Owners shuttle & local taxi fair price 👍🏻 made it ideal for our 2 days 1 night stay in Florence. Trains are regular from Empoli to Florence €9 day return. about every 15 minutes. Journey 28 to 38 minutes depending on number of stops. Very Convenient 👍🏻👍🏻🙏🏻

We had no issues however this property would not suit all people. Your room is located in the converted attic. It has a very low Ceiling, even my wife at 5ft 1” had to walk bent when moving about. In the night you definitely had to remember this. For our 1 night stay it was fine, their is a dressing area were you can stand up straight. I thought this height issue should have been mentioned clearly in the description 🤔
