Mieszkanie bardzo ładne, jasne i czyste. Mało mebli na rzecz dużej szafy - bardzo dobrze. Nie ma bibelotów które zbierają kurz, dzięki czemu miałam poczucie czystości. Wielkość pokoi idealna, ani za duże ani za małe. Fajny salon i barek, przy którym rozmowy trwały do późnych godzin :-) Ogólnie bardzo mi się podobało. Gospodarz przemiły. Od razu odebrał telefon i chętnie odpowiedział na wszystkie pytania. Polecam miejscówkę :-)
Trochę daleko na Starówkę, ale mieliśmy samochód więc nie był to dla nas straszny problem, ale gdybym miała jechać tam komunikacją miejską, to jednak trochę daleko. Parking przed blokiem kłopotliwy, ponieważ bardzo wąski i ciężko było parkować. Na szczęście mam samochód średniej wielkości więc dałam radę. Kombi raczej nie zaparkuje. W pakiecie z mieszkaniem jest garaż i tam z pewnością jest więcej miejsca. Ja nie korzystałam bo mieściłam się pod blokiem co było dla mnie wygodniejsze i szybsze.

Bardzo fajne mieszkanko. Super kontaktowi i sympatyczni właściciele. Mieszkanie bardzo przestronne.
Skomplikowane rozwiązanie z parkingiem dla samochodu.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, informacje jasne i szybko przekazywane. Klucze do mieszkania niepotrzebne, wejście kodem, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzeba było dostępne - piekarnik, zmywarka, internet. Czysto i ciepło, i cicho. Okolica bardzo przyjemna.
Problem ze znalezieniem po południu miejsca do zaparkowania, aczkolwiek parkowanie dozwolone wszędzie i nie było problemów z zastawionym autem sąsiada.
