terrasse inkl 2 defekten, zerbrochenen schirmständern (?) und 2 einsatzfähigen. angebrochene tischfläche und dreckig bei ankunft. falsche verlegung der bodenplatten inkl gefälle zum haus: bei stärkerem regen seenlandschaft, nicht nutzbar für std. küche extrem klein, kein platz zum broteschmieren, gemüseschnippeln. der geringe platz um die betten in beiden sz zwingt zum schräggehen... schimmel im bad (rechte seite, oben) und versiffter, arg verfleckter teppich unterm esstisch: puhhhh
