dobra lokalizacja, chociaż trzecie piętro bez windy dla niektórych może być kłopotem, czysto, przestronnie
szkoda, że brak filiżanek (na 5 osób były 2, były szklaneczki), brak małego garnuszka np. do ugotowania jajek, ekspres do kawy pojemności jednego espresso trochę utrudniał zrobienie porannej kawy dla 5 osób

Naples est une ville très jolie mais très bruyante. Les nuits peuvent être ponctuées d’un concert de Klaxons.

Notre hôte a été très sympathique lors de l'accueil dans l'appartement et très disponible lors de ce séjour.
L'appartement est grand (3 chambres) et bien situé. Il y a des restaurants à côté.
L'appartement était propre et bien équipé (serviettes, draps, gel douche et shampoing, machine à café, sèche-cheveux...)
Nous entendons le bruit de la rue, même la nuit et les rues de Naples sont très bruyantes, mais on est proche d'une grande rue passante.

The apartment itself was clean and well-kept inside, which we really appreciated. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free—the host sent clear video instructions via WhatsApp, so we could let ourselves in without waiting. I had a video of the apartment, but I'm unable to load it. It shows how clean and spacious the apartment is.
The apartment is in a great central location right by the Orto Botanico—everything was within easy walking distance or a quick metro ride. The apartment was spotless and clean, check-in was seamless thanks to clear WhatsApp video instructions, and the host responded to messages almost instantly, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, several serious issues made the stay extremely difficult, especially for anyone with mobility challenges or heavy luggage:
The listing never mentions that the apartment is on the 4th/5th floor with NO elevator. We had six suitcases and my mother uses a mobility aid; she was unable to climb the many flights and had to wait downstairs for us to view the apartment.
The stairwell has numerous loose and damaged tiles, some handrails are broken, and the walkway flexes when walking.
The entrance foyer has large holes in the walls and ceiling (I have video of this). The whole building feels unsafe and in urgent need of repair.
Some amenities were missing: no 24-hour front desk, no airport shuttle, and very slow, unreliable Wi-Fi.
We contacted the host immediately upon arrival, but the lack of a lift obviously couldn’t be fixed. Future guests—especially elderly travelers, families with kids, or anyone with luggage—please be aware that this property is not accessible and the common areas are in poor condition. The location, cleanliness, and host communication are real highlights, but we hope the listing is updated to reflect the building's condition and the stairs.
