Everything was perfect for my stay in Rome! Francesca was very helpful throughout and was quick to respond to any questions I had! The apartment was exactly how it looked on the pictures provided and very clean! The location is spectacular allowing you to walk to all the main roman attractions! I would reccomend this apartment to everyone!

Bellissimo appartamento curato, luminoso e molto pulito. Si trova in una posizione strategica vicinissimo al Colosseo e alle due fermate metro adiacenti, in una zona turistica e allo stesso tempo tranquilla . Francesca è stata un host attenta e disponibile, sicuramente consigliatissima!
Unica pecca è il terzo piano senza ascensore, con delle scale a chiocciola abbastanza strette, anche se per noi non sono state un problema.

Exceptional location for proximity to archeological sight seeing and for proximity to restaurants/shopping as well as public transportation
No actual view of the Colosseum from the unit. water temperature in shower was intermittent. Other than those 2 items the property exceeded all our expectations

Location is great. There was a decent living room + dining room, and a well equipped kitchen. As a welcomming we recieved a bottle of red wine which was nice. :) Colosseum was super close, however, there was no view on it from the room (although really super close), and there were plenty of places around where you could have a nice breakfast.
We were there in cold December/January and the heating was not sufficient. The bathroom needs some renewal (e.g. running tap in the shower). The bed mattress was uncomfortable, it was already quite deformed. My wife had very bad sleep on it. I also missed that we have not recived enough shower gel (only 2 of these super small hotel-sized shower gels for 4 nights and 2 people).
