Irmisa Hotel Tbilisi

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well maintainted and the breakfast was declicious - I highly recommed the homemade Matsoni and jams. The heated bathroom floor were a great touch that I particulary appreciated in autumn. The location is great - just in the middle of Vake, so it's walking distance to Vake Park and also to Vera. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the owner. He was incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His care and hospitality went far beyond what we have experienced at hotels in any of the countries we visited.`

On a few evenings, the delivery couriers would gather next to the hotel, chatting and laughing quite loudly, which made it harder for us to fall asleep.

Amazing hotel and wonderful customer service! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. When I arrived, I didn’t have a Georgian phone number, and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to use her own number so I could order food. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast is also amazing, with lots of delicious options to choose from. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel whenever I need to come back to Georgia for work. Highly recommend!

The staff are very nice. They were really helpful. We also asked for a tour to visit Gudauri which was great experience. The manager is called Beqa he managed everything.
