The location, the facilities.
The staff was very helpful and kind, the language barrier was a bit of a problem sometimes.

Das Frühstück war bombastisch ! Wir haben noch nie so ein großes und gutes Frühstücksbuffet gesehen.
Die Steuerung des Lichts war komplett umständlich.

My family and I had an amazing and very satisfying experience with the customer service provided by the receptionist Lena Yang. Her passion, friendliness, and level of customer service exceeded our expectations. Although there were some minor issues with our booking made through the app, she went out of her way to resolve them for us. She also arranged our rooms as close together as possible and thoughtfully considered details that we might have missed. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Chengdu.
Due to the age of the building, as it is the first Marriott hotel in Chengdu, the interiors may not be the most up to date. However everything you need is functional and well maintained.
