Casa grande e molto comoda, in comprensorio carino, sicuro e tranquillo. Mare a 5 minuti a piedi in strada privata, possibilità di spiaggia libera, attrezzata o lido con bar. Mare bello perche arginato da scogli che creano una caletta, perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Casa super accessoriata: condizionatore, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno, microonde, divano letto, barbecue, dondolo.
Arredo datato, bagno da rinnovare: la doccia interna piccola, vecchia, con soffione rotto. Doccia esterna inutilizzabile perchè doccino mezzo rotto e acqua maleodorante (probabilmente stagnante per il poco uso). Barbecue arrugginito. Aria condizionata solo in salone, accendendo con un po' di anticipo riesce a rinfrescare le camere da letto. Complessivamente un peccato che la casa non sia manutenuta per le potenzialità che ha.
