Finn, Ra and the team looked after us exceptionally well. They took a personal interest in us and our trip and made sure that our holiday was nothing less than 10/10. We will be coming back and have no interest in staying anywhere but here. It feels like family and we were welcomed 'home'. Thank you for looking after us. We cant wait to come back home soon.

This was exactly what you expect from a luxury, boutique hotel. The staff were amazing and provided the perfect balance of being there exactly when you needed them and allowing you to enjoy your space and quiet time. The hotel provides everything you need from barista coffee to snacks and amazing meals. We loved the roof top bar and the availability of a Tuk Tuk whenever you needed it.

My husband and I are very seasoned travellers, and after staying in countless hotels around the world, we can honestly say that Jaya House River Park is our favourite property ever.
This hotel is so much more than a beautiful place to stay: it feels like a home away from home. The staff are simply exceptional. Every single person was warm, genuine and attentive, and when I became ill during our stay, they took such wonderful care of me. Their kindness is something we will never forget.
Chris has created something truly special. The hotel's commitment to sustainability is inspiring and reflected in every detail without ever compromising on luxury. The atmosphere is peaceful, the hotel is impeccably clean, the location is excellent, and thoughtful complimentary services like unlimited laundry and tuk-tuk transport make the experience even more memorable.
We also loved the restaurant. We had planned to eat out more often but kept returning because every meal exceeded our expectations.
Jaya House touched our hearts in a way no other hotel ever has. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. We cannot wait to return.
