Sofia Suite Hotel & Spa Da Nang - Free 01 Draught Beer and 20-minute Spa per Room

Chris and all the staff were exceptional. the location could not have been better. we had a birthday while there and the team surprised us with a birthday cake. breakfast was really nice and good varied choice. rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. will definitely be returning when back in Da Nang.

Perfect location, AC ice cold, mattress was ok as a side sleeper, as of May 2026 no construction noise. Staff, especially Chris was friendly and always greeted me by name. Breakfast was good.

I had one issue where elevator didn't work. As in no illumination on the hall call.

Very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Good location. Would stay there again.

The room was small, but nice, clean and modern.

Please note that they do not have a pool on site, even though it is listed on booking.com! Apparently, guests are allowed to use the pool at a partner hotel, about 15 min walk from this one. I found this out the evening before, by consulting AI. All the staff at both hotels seem to be mostly unaware of this arrangement ("Pool? We don't have a pool?") and had to make calls to find about about the details. They then informed me wrongly about opening hours, so I lost more than 40 minutes walking there and walking back after they told me the pool wasn't open. For me the pool was a dominant factor in choosing this hotel over others, so the fact that I ended up not being able to use it is bringing down my evaluation.
