It was what it was,better.bed would.have been nice

No tea or coffee in room and as a 70,s plus climbing mountain to bedroom,would not have stayed had I known No breakfast although not expected

Welcoming host

Difficult to find the house. No sign at the end of the shared driveway. No way to secure belongings in our room as no room key although other paying guests in the same house.

Convenient, extremely helpful and friendly

The owner was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble, every question I asked before we arrived was answered promptly, luckily due to the owner being free on the evening, we were able to have a lift to and from the venue, worth every penny 👍🏼 Lovely location in a gorgeous little village surrounded by countryside

Could do with a kettle in the room as I didn’t want to disturb others going into the kitchen at 6am, but I heard others up at 7am so I didn’t have to wait long. If I stayed again I wouldn’t hesitate going down at 6am.

A bed for a night.....in a location miles from anywhere

Host friendly

It was a room in a house. Uncomfortable knowing that, I addition tk the host there were at least 4 other people staying there. They could be anybody. No record if who they were,. We would definitely not return although this may be due to our own interpretation of the place rather than reality. In this day and age where everyone is suspicious if everyone else, this place needs to look at itself. Definitely would not stay here with a family.......but this is probably unfounded fear

Excellent and a bargain

Really good booking, had everything I needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Ensuite was convenient, bedroom was very comfortable, had table to work from. Bed was really good, I overslept. Safe location and lots of parking available. Definitely stay again without hesitation. Highly recommended. PK is a true gentleman and really makes you welcome.

No breakfast was offered. The room and the rest of the property was cleaned to a good standard… The room was spacious and nicely set out…

Main door left unlocked. No locks on door to the room. Shared bathroom facilities when it was clearly stated that the room had its own facility. No tea/coffee making facility… No staff on site during the stay. I did miss the first night through my own issues but I did not stay the second night due to the shared bathroom that had been used by someone else who had left shower water over the floor… which I find unacceptable. I was told my room was the one on the right st top of stairs but there were two rooms on the right and I opened the unlockable door to the wrong room where another customer was sitting on his bed…very embarrassing

PK was really lovely, friendly informative, giving recommendations about where to eat and where to park in Lincoln which was very useful

Unfortunately my TV wasn't working due to an aerial fault, but PK was aware of this and said he would sort it. The mattress needs changing it dips down on the right side. You are allowed to use PK's kitchen facilities which is really good but I would have preferred tea/coffee facilities in the room.. Also the room was due for decorating and there were big colour samples of paint above the bed this would have been better done if not doing decorating immediately to be somewhere less noticablel

Great value and comfort

Owner was friendly and helpful. Everything was relaxed and we were made to feel like we could use the place as our own home. Kitchen it massive and fully equipped with all the equipment needed to cook. The shower was powerful. It was quiet at night.

There wasn't a lock on the bedroom door. There was a door stop which I wedged under and secured it but I would feel more comfortable with a lock. I didn't ask about this at the time so I suppose there could be a reason for it

"Wow Experience"

Everywhere is sparkling clean. PK is a fantastic super host. Very accommodating, and always ready to render any help just to make you comfortable. The access to the Kitchen is another fantastic thing about The Brambles. I and my family had an enjoyable stay and I can recommend it to anyone any day anytime.
