ive liked everything about dassen island, i felt at home even the person who welcomed us was very nice,having warm welcoming, looking forward to come back there again.

Wow...where do I begin... the house is BEAUTIFUL with lots of natural light and is very clean. It is spacious with all the amenities of home (if not more). The 3 'main' rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds (king size), each room also has a double sleeper couch. The kids also loved their rooms. All 5 rooms have their own bathrooms and there's also a separate guest loo. The upstairs TV room/library is a fabulous spot to chill out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need ito crockery, cutlery, glasses, etc. The Weber gas braai on the upstairs patio/balcony/entertainment area is fantastic. The house has lots on offer to keep the kids busy - board games, table tennis, swimming pool etc. The location of the house is magnificent- a comfortable walk to the nearest beach (Sanctuary Beach). We were 3 families that stayed at Dassen Islsnd 61 and we all loved it.
Jean - the agent who met us with the keys, is so accommodating and flexible and just a lovely person to deal with.
The only teeny weeny thing we 'didn't like', was that there were no dishwashing tablets for the TWO (how awesome is that) dishwashers.
..but we were more than happy to purchase some. Truely spoilt having 2 dishwashers.
