An absolutely perfect stay — spacious, spotless, and in the best location!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Poreč. The place was incredibly spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms and a lovely balcony with nice views. Everything was spotlessly clean and fully equipped, the kitchen had all the utensils and amenities we needed for cooking, and the shower was great. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s very central, just a short walk to the town centre, yet quiet and convenient. The private parking space was a big bonus, especially in such a central area. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and straightforward. Honestly, there was nothing at all to complain about, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Poreč!

For us it was the perfect location in Porec

The host was very friendly and the room was very clean. The location is a 10/10 because everything is right around the corner. The balcony is also very comfortable for having breakfast or just relaxing.

Wonderful choice for a relaxing stay in Porec

Modern renovated apartment with A/C, full kitchen facilities, and washing machine. We didn't make much use of the balcony due to the weather, but it has wonderful views. Centrally located near the old town and port with lots and lots of great places to eat. Near supermarkets and the Market Hall, so no need to drive for groceries. Show up, park your car (reserve a parking space nearby in advance), and relax and have fun.

It is on the second floor, which in Europe means up at least four flights of stairs (41 stairs to be exact). So either pack light or make multiple trips.

Wonderful location - a few minutes' walk to the very center of Poreč. Free parking. Spacious, tidy and exceptionally equipped apartment - numerous kitchen appliances, all the kitchenware you may need, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, even Sony Playstation. Excellent WiFi. Air conditioners in 2 rooms. Spacious balcony. Very friendly and nice host Zoran. The apartment is even more beautiful than presented on the photos.

Garden room.

Great modern apartment in an excellent location just a minutes walk to the main square. Very well equipped. The host Zoran was friendly and we had great communication. Free car parking near by was a real bonus. We would use it again.

The balcony looks over other the back of other properties and their gardens but it's very sunny and quite big.

Host Zoran was so nice and responsive to all of the requests we had. Also, apartment is spacious and nice and can probably accommodate 6 persons without problems. Location is also great, it's just 2 minutes of walking distance to the main street. So, if you are visiting Poreč, City Garden Apartment is definitely a perfect choice.

A beautiful, clean appartment on a great location in the city centre of Poreç. Even though it's in the centre it was nice and quiet. All convenient and included (coffee, laundrey detergent etc.). The communication with Zoran and his brother was very nice and helpful. It was above all expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Porec is great and we would happily live in the apartment due to it’s quality and location

Everything. The apartment is so well equipped very comfortable with a lovely outdoor terrace. Also very quiet overlooking gardens. Great location for town and harbour area. Surrounded by good bars and restaurants. Zoran the host was fantastic and a font of all knowledge. We would definitely stay again and recommend. Thank you Zoran

Great stay

The apartment has a very nice style and is rather big. The balcony is great with a nice view. The location is very close to the city Center, restaurants and bars are just around the corner. Zoran helped us out to find a parking lot, great service!

Very good

Property located in city center in a street closed for traffic. Apartment is nicely decorated and clean. Large living room, large dining table. Nice usable kitchen. Bathroom is large enough, clean and very pleasant. Host arranged parking and was already waiting us when we arrived with heating on and to show us around. AC/heating available in living room and one of the sleeping rooms. The smaller one does not have AC/heating. We were in mid of November and was more than warm enough regardless.

Living room has a single balcony door so gets a bit dark in the offseason. Property is located on second floor of an old building so staircase is a bit narrow.

This is a fully equipped all year apartament which was great as we could for instance wash our clothes. It's right in the center of Poreč and the host is super friendly and helpful. The apartament has recently been renewed and everything still looks brand new. One of the best apartaments that I have ever rented!

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Herzen von Porec, gerne wieder !

Sehr schön gestaltete Wohnung im Zentrum von Porec. Dennoch ruhig und angenehm. Schöner Balkon für Frühstück, Abendessen oder nur um Sonne zu tanken. Alles was notwendig war ist vorhanden. Sehr guter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter, der sich um alle Wünsche und Belange sofort gekümmert hat. In meinem Fall wo ich EBikes abstellen kann und diese sicher verwahrt sind. Großes Lob. Ich kann die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und ziehe in Betracht bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in Istrien diese erneut zu buchen. Ergänzend zu erwähnen sei auch noch ein privater PKW-Parkplatz der in 2-3 Minuten fussläufig erreichbar war. Vielen DANK an Zoran und seine Familie für den wundervollen Aufenthalt !

Super tolle Unterkunft in Poreč

Die Wohnung war wunderschön eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man braucht. Was am schönsten war: Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt und ist deswegen perfekt für die Erkundung der Stadt. Es gibt zwei Parkmöglichkeiten. Leider war die nähere ständig besetzt, da die Schranke kaputt war. Ist für uns nicht allzu schlimm gewesen, war nur mit zwei kleinen Kindern einfach umständlicher, mit etwa Einkäufen und zwei Kindern.

Séjour de charme dans un appartement cosy et lumineux

On a tout aimé, c'est un lieu incroyable, situé dans la vieille ville et proche de tout à pied. Restauré et décoré avec goût, cosy, calme, lumineux et bien orienté, avec un grand balcon terrasse pour profiter de la vue. Zoran, le propriétaire est charmant et serviable, toujours prêt à rendre service. Une place de parking gratuite est mise à disposition avec une carte pour l'entrée et la sortie. La cuisine est super équipée, la literie neuve et confortable. Bref, un vrai bijou dans cette belle ville de Porec. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !
