Private Rooms

The owner - Mrs. Pinjak is a welcoming host. Very good price for the stay (busy week during Hannover Messe with insane hotel prices)

There were quite a few annoying things: a) Hosts' booking management system CONZEPTPlus kept bombarding me on email, phone and Booking.com with the same message over and over. b) I arrived late (09:30pm) due to late flight from Austrian Airlines and no good options . After significant difficulty I managed to get an Uber for 50€ (taxis were ~120€) on Sunday night. Then noone opened the door, and the phone numbers given were disconnected :( APPARENTLY you have to remove the (0) from the phone number they give you in the messages. c) there is 1 bathroom/shower per 4 rooms. Well, let's just, some people in the other rooms liked 45 min. showers in the morning. d) if your room is facing the street, there is a refrigerator-truck parking area right across the street with significant noise all night long. e) a walk to the nearest tram is quite a bit unless you want to wait for a bus and then change to tram. f) I could not manage to get normal hot water in the shower. It was very hot and stayed the same no matter witch way I turned the single knob. g) Room doors are thin. Any late night arrivals are very audible.
