We like the location of the hotel, it's a short walk from the center of town and it's on the beach! We walk from the pool to the beach in not time. The concierges services were also great to schedule all sort of things as a massage. The room was super clean and housekeeping was friendly and helpful. I'm Spanish speaker, however, everyone was able to communicate in English when needed when anyone in my party.

I really enjoyed the beachfront location. Having breakfast included each morning was a wonderful convenience and added great value to the experience. The hotel was also very reasonably priced, making it an excellent option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay without overspending.
The customer service could be improved. One inconvenience was that each time we wanted to leave with our car, staff instructed us to open the garage ourselves. Because the garage entrance is located down a steep hill, getting out of the car to open the gate was not always easy or convenient. It would have been a much more welcoming and service-oriented experience if staff had assisted with opening the garage door.

Beautiful beach, decent pizza at the restaurant, great location and charming tropical no-frills vibe.
The WiFi is absurdly bad. Basically there’s no internet in the rooms, only in the outdoor restaurant area and sometimes around the pool. Water in the showers is only lukewarm. They don’t provide blankets for the beds - only sheets.
