Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was exactly how described. Great location! Nice easy walk to ocean and close by the pool. If there could be an update the only thing I would say would be new carpet and rugs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is perfectly located; a few steps to the pool/hot tubs and a few steps to the beach. With the security building close by as well, I felt perfectly safe here as an older single woman. The condo has been beautifully maintained and very clean. If the owner is looking at future upgrades, it would be wonderful if the bedrooms had flooring other than carpet. Please never remove the Liveoak tree outside this condo. It so added to my experience of the natural beauty of this destination. I’m back next winter for another 2.5 month stay!
