This wonderful romantic property is based in Lanteglos-by-Fowey, Cornwall and can sleep two people in one bedroom. Note: Children, including infants, cannot be accommodated at this property.
Please note: during the Christmas period only weekly bookings can be accommodated, starting on Monday, 22nd and 29th December. The Coach House at Pendower House is a delightful coach house based in Lanteglos, Cornwall. It has one double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room. It has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has six acres of landscaped gardens open for use. The Coach House at Pendower House is a delightful coastal retreat for couples to explore this stunning area of Cornwall.
Amenities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, Echo Dot and WiFi broadband. Fuel and power inc. in rent. 8 acres of beautiful gardens, which are part of the National Garden Scheme. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Eight acres of landscaped gardens. Private enclosed garden for exclusive use of The Coach House. Ample off road parking. One well-behaved small dog welcome. The property will offer dog bowls, bags, area for washing dogs outside. Sorry, no smoking. Walking distance to the beach and coastal path. 1.5 miles to Polruan which offers a Post Office, Shops, Pubs, General Store, Tea Rooms and the passenger Ferry to Fowey. 2 miles to Fowey. Note: There is a pond in the cottage garden. Note: Children, including infants, are not accepted at this property. You can now order dinner (for 2) to be delivered to the property which is ordered through the owner (menu for the dinners in the property).
